Cinema Perfecto strives to serve our members with industry leading service and policies.

Standard Return Policy for New Items (Excluding Workstations):

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Cinema Perfecto within 35 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Refunds are issued through Paypal upon receipt an inspection of the item.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Cinema Perfect reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

New Workstation Return Policy:
Cinema Perfecto guarantees all workstations from defective parts for 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of malfunction, contact Cinema Perfecto Technical Support at: 1-855-246-3628 extension 2. Cinema Perfecto reserves the right to determine defective from damaged. Customer is responsible for return shipping 30 days after product purchase.

Unopened, unwrapped workstations can be returned within 7 days.

Opened workstations can be returned at Customer expense within 30 days with a restocking fee of at least 15% to be determined by Cinema Perfecto based on the condition and resale potential of the workstation. We try to be fair with our members, we want you to be a appreciate your purchase experience.

Open Box, Used, Demo Products Return Policy:
Items marked in the title as Open Box, Used, Demo or found in our "Specials" store category can be returned at Customer expense within 30 days with a restocking fee of at least 15% to be determined by Cinema Perfecto based on the condition and resale potential of the item. We try to be fair with our members, we want you to be a appreciate your purchase experience.

How to return or exchange an item:

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To request an RMA number please -mail Cinema Perfecto with the invoice and item(s) sku's at:


Alternatively you can call Cinema Perfecto for an RMA at: 1-855-246-3628 extension 1.

Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Any product returned to Cinema Perfecto without prior authorization from Cinema Perfecto will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Dell will not ship the product back to you.

Terms:

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Cinema Perfecto is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
Cinema Perfecto is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
